Mal.-kuppamani.Acalypha indica (English: Indian acalypha, Indian mercury, Indian copperleaf, Indian nettle, three-seeded mercury) is an herbaceous annual that has catkin-like inflorescences with cup-shaped involucres surrounding the minute flowers. It is mainly known for its root being attractive to domestic cats, and for its various medicinal uses. It occurs throughout the Tropics.Garbage mani is an herb with medicinal properties. It is used as a medicine for skin diseases, intestinal worms, and various health problems. Drinking the juice of the leaves of the yam plant mixed with hot water will expel intestinal worms. Grinding the leaves of the yam plant and applying it to areas of swelling and pain can provide relief. on the face will relieve skin problems and make the face glow. The leaves of the yam plant can be used as a medicine for fever.
