Part Used: Dried inner bark of the shoots ferom truncated stalks and essential oil.

Uses: the decoction is used as bowel complaints such as dyspepsia, flatuency, diarrhoea and vomiting. As a powerful stimulant cinnamon is given in cramps of the stomach, enteralgia, toothache and paralysis of the tongue. It also used as massive doses with success in the treatment of cancer and other microorganisms. The clove oil is used as externally in rheumatic pains, neuralgia, headache and toothache.
